RETURNS AND REFUNDS
All hot sauce sales are final, but if any bottles break during shipment, we will replace those bottles free of charge. We do our absolute best to package your bottles so this does not happen, but if your package does arrive damaged, we require that you send us photos (email@example.com) of the damaged order within 48 hours of receipt. After reviewing the photos, we will ship out replacement items within 1-3 business days. We will always do our best to ship out replacement items within 1 business day.
Non-food items, such as Sauce Bae apparel and art items, may be returned within 14 days of customer receipt for a full refund. Items must be unused and in their original condition with all tags still intact. You will be responsible for covering the shipping costs for your return. In the event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition or outside of the 14-day return policy, we reserve the right not to refund you. If you want these returned to you, we will request that you cover the delivery cost.
Refunds to your card can take 9 - 14 business days to complete. For purchases made with a card through PayPal, refunds can take up to 30 days (their policy).
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Please make sure your address is correct before placing an order. We will not be responsible for incorrect addresses.
We currently do not offer exchanges for any items.
