OFFICIAL RULES – Sauce Bae x Memphis May Fire Giveaway

1. Eligibility

The Sauce Bae x Memphis May Fire Giveaway (“Giveaway”) is open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Void where prohibited by law. Employees of Skinny Flav Inc., Memphis May Fire, and their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling, or household member) are not eligible to participate.

2. Sponsor

The Giveaway is sponsored by Skinny Flav Inc., 865 NJ-33 Business UNIT 3, Freehold, NJ 07728 (“Sponsor”).

3. Promotion Period

The Giveaway begins on April 16, 2025 and ends on May 30, 2025 (the “Promotion Period”).
The Sponsor may conduct future giveaways using the same QR code and landing page. For each future giveaway, updated start and end dates will be clearly reflected on this page.

4. How to Enter

Purchase Method:
Eligible participants will receive one (1) entry for each purchase of the Memphis May Fire x Sauce Bae hot sauce made through the Sauce Bae website during the Promotion Period.
Maximum of six (6) entries per person regardless of total quantity purchased or method of entry.

Free Alternate Method (No Purchase Required):
To enter without making a purchase, hand-draw a picture of a dog (any kind—be creative!) and include it with your full name, mailing address, email, and phone number. Mail it to:

Each postcard with a unique dog drawing counts as one (1) entry.
Each postcard must be mailed separately.
Limit six (6) total entries per person, regardless of entry method.

5. Prizes

Two (2) winners will each receive one (1) autographed Memphis May Fire x Sauce Bae hot sauce bottle.
Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $9.98 each. Autographs may add additional perceived value but are not for resale.
Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and may not be redeemed for cash.

6. Winner Selection & Notification

Winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period. Drawings may occur at any point after the giveaway ends, at the Sponsor’s sole discretion.

Winners will be notified by email using the contact information provided at the time of entry. Winners must respond within five (5) calendar days of notification to claim their prize. If a selected winner does not respond within that time, an alternate winner may be selected.

7. General Conditions

Participation constitutes full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding. The Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual found to be tampering with the entry process or violating these rules.

Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, illegible, misdirected, or postage-due mail-in entries.

8. Privacy

Participant information will be used solely for the purpose of administering the Giveaway and notifying winners.
Marketing emails will only be sent to individuals who explicitly opt in at the time of purchase.

9. Limitation of Liability

By entering, participants release and hold harmless the Sponsor, Memphis May Fire, and their respective affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from any and all liability for injuries, losses, or damages of any kind resulting from participation or use of the prize.
